EXECUTIVE COACHING AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

WHO IS THE CLIENT FOR EXECUTIVE COACHING?
The clients who benefit most from my Executive Coaching services are senior executives, business leaders and Large Business owners.

WHAT ARE THE NEEDS OF THESE CLIENTS?
  1. Business leaders are often alone in dealing with the dual challenges of daily management and long-term strategic planning. They frequently lack an objective sounding board. They need the support of a person who is completely committed to their success and effectiveness, with no personal agenda. They commonly miss the courageous advice of an individual who is not afraid to voice an unpopular reality in a frank and candid manner.

  2. In order to succeed in leading their companies, effective executives need to break free from past successes as well as past misfires; from their triumphant strategies, and from action plans that didn't work according to expectations. They require a safe and nonjudgmental partner who invites them to view and explore other perspectives and approaches, and to experiment with fresh ideas and tactics.

I bring to my clients a unique approach that fulfills these requirements profitably and productively.

WHAT SERVICES DO I PROVIDE?
  1. Executive Coaching: I train executives to invent a broad assortment of options to deal with their area of focus: to craft their leadership, to organize their company, to develop high-performance teams, and to re-engineer their way of accomplishing results. In brief, I coach clients to expand the range of what is possible under the heading "Effective Action."

  2. Team Building: I teach executives and managers to form and lead collaborative teams that provide high-quality performance. I coach management teams, to develop the collaborative foundation for accomplishing exceptional results.

WHAT PROBLEMS DO I SOLVE?
  1. Responding to Market Challenges: Today's business environment is marked by rapid change, sudden reversals of trends and structures, and growing globalization. The business leader who wants to maintain profitability and to find cost-effective solutions to changing conditions must have access to long-term vision and short-term pragmatism, a combination that yields courage, practical ingenuity, and experimental openness to go beyond the familiar. I train my clients to develop those proficiencies, so that they can invent their customized solutions to new concerns as well as to long-standing problems.

  2. Responding to Organizational Challenges: I coach my clients in building a company culture that promotes customer satisfaction, employee retention and reduction of costs. They can combine a hard-nosed business sense and a maximum utilization of the 'soft' or 'people skills' to benefit the bottom line.

WHAT IS UNIQUE ABOUT MY COACHING?
My coaching is transformative ~ bridging the apparently irreconcilables ~ union of Eastern and Western methodologies ~ calling on both hemispheres of the brain ~ bringing values and spirituality into the practice of pursuing your goals ~ value-based business dealings AND success ~ collaboration ~ win/win ~ inventive ~ inspiring ~ experimental ~ bottom-line focused ~ results oriented ~ practical.

The rule of Change: improve what you know.
The rule of Transformation: create what was not possible before.

It is my experience that, regardless of the specific focus the executives may have as they start the coaching, my clients commonly take a quantum leap in creativity, problem-solving power and inventiveness. The move from 'change' to 'transformation.'
